eBay CEO Keen on PayPal at Annual Shareholders Meeting

eBay held its annual shareholders meeting on April 29, 2010, in San Jose, California. Ned Barnholt, the lead independent Director, ran the meeting, filling in for the absent founder and Chairman of the Board Pierre Omidyar, who launched a paid news site in Hawaii last week.
