KSEE 24 “Dragon Skin” surfaces on Ebay

Pinnacle armor, the Fresno company that makes “Dragon Skin” body armor, says: a federal investigation is now underway. According to Pinnacle’s CEO, body armor used for government testing back in May of 2006, was to remain in the custody of the US Army, but somehow ended up for sale on Ebay.
